SLED Charges Union County Scrapyard Operator with Not Providing Required Legal Records

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Robert Fred Small, 72, with five counts of not Keeping Records of Abandoned Vehicles and Parts on Thursday, September 4, 2025. The Union County Sheriff's Office requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Small was booked into the Union County Detention Center.
