SLED charges three Lancaster County inmates with Fentanyl offenses following an inmate overdose

On Thursday, March 7, 2024, agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged inmate Destiny Sierra Hinson, 23, with Distribution of Fentanyl, and inmates Wynter Rose Hilburn, 27, and Stephanie Renee Clark, 32, with Possession of Contraband – Fentanyl.
On March 3, 2024, SLED was requested by the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office to investigate the apparent drug overdose of a Lancaster County Detention Center inmate.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Hinson, Hilburn and Clark remain at the Lancaster County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 6th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
