SLED charges Spartanburg County man with two counts of filing a false police report for a felony

Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Craig Ninja Antonio Brewton, 35, with two counts of Filing a False Police Report for a Felony on Monday, March 11, 2024.
SLED was requested to investigate by the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Brewton booked at the Spartanburg County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
