SLED Charges Richland County Woman with Financial Identity Fraud, Financial Fraud, and Financial Theft

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Danell Neoisha Bowman, 31, with Financial Identity Fraud, Financial Transaction Card Fraud – Value More Than $500 in a Six-Month Period, and Financial Transaction Card Theft on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Bowman was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn County Detention Center in Richland County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor Office.
