SLED Charges Richland County Man with Vehicle Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Zachary Jenkins, 35, with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle on Friday, March 13, 2026. The Newberry County Sheriff’s Office requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Jenkins was booked into the Kershaw County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
