SLED Charges Richland County Man with Vehicle Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged David Edward Woodard Jr., 54, with Misrepresenting the Facts in Registering a Motor Vehicle on Friday, February 13, 2026. The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Woodard Jr. was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County.
