SLED charges Richland County man with Vehicle Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Keifer Dewarren Branch, 26, with 3 counts of Fraudulent Application or Misrepresentation of Facts in Registering a Vehicle on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Branch was booked at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
