SLED Charges Richland County Man with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Shakil Naji Rameen Miller, 35, with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle - Value $10,000 or More on Friday, February 13, 2026.
The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Miller was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
