SLED charges a Richland County man with financial fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Kevin Obrian Harris, 35, with Financial Transaction Card Fraud with a value of more than $500 in a six-month period and Financial Transaction Card Theft on February 20, 2025. SLED was requested to investigate by the South Carolina Education Lottery Commission.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Harris was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
