SLED Charges Richland County Man with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Dominique Sligh, 32, with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor -Victim Under 16 Years of Age - 2nd Degree on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Sligh was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 11th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
