SLED Charges Oconee County Man with Practicing Law without a License

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Daniel Johnson, 36, with two counts of Practicing Law Without a License on Thursday, June 19, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.

Details can be found in the attached warrants.

Johnson was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center.

The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
