SLED Charges North Carolina Man with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged David Earl Culton, 66, with four counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor - First Degree on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Culton was booked into the Kershaw County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
