SLED charges Myrtle Beach police officer with domestic violence

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Christopher Michael Turner, 32, with Domestic Violence, 2nd degree on Thursday, June 27, 2024.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Turner was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center in Horry County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
Myrtle Beach Police Department Chief Amy Prock requested SLED to investigate the off-duty domestic violence incident.
