The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Dynasty Rochelle Cunningham, 24, with Obtaining Property Under False Pretenses – Value $10,000 or More and Computer Crime – Value Exceeding $10,000 – First Degree on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. The South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce requested the SLED investigation.

Cunningham was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
