SLED Charges Horry County Woman with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Justice Olyvia Perrin Boyd, 31, with Attempting to Influence a Game by Coercion, Tampering, or Deception on Friday, September 11, 2026. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Boyd was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center in Horry County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
