SLED Charges Greenwood County Woman with Insurance Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Kimberly Denise Holloway, 65, with Forgery - Less Than $10,000 and Obtaining Property Under False Pretenses - Value More Than $2,000 but Less Than $10,000 on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Holloway was booked into the Greenwood County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
