SLED charges Greenville County man with more child sex crimes

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Justin Stoddard, 36, with the following offenses on Friday, October 11, 2024:

  • 3 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, 2nd degree
  • 8 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, 1st degree
  • 6 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, 2nd degree
  • 7 counts of Voyeurism 1st offense

Details can be found in the attached warrants.

Stoddard was booked into the Greenville County Detention Center.

The case will be prosecuted by the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.

To date, 42 total charges have been made regarding Stoddard:

  • 7 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, 2nd degree
  • 12 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, 1st degree
  • 6 counts of Sexual Exploitation Minor, 2nd degree
  • 11 counts of Voyeurism
  • 4 counts of Trafficking in Persons, victim under 18 years of age
  • 1 count of Dissemination of Obscene Material – 12 or younger
  • 1 count of Forgery
