SLED charges a Georgia man with threatening the life of a public official

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Michael Lee Gaskins, 56, with Threatening the Life of a Public Official on February 7, 2025.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Gaskins was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
