SLED charges former Whitten Regional Center employee with two counts of Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult, and Two Counts of Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Demario Rakeem Henderson, 34, with two counts of Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult, and two counts of Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Henderson was booked at the Laurens County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 8th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
