SLED Charges Former Springdale Police Officer with Misconduct in Office and Assault & Battery

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged David Sean Jordan, 51, with Misconduct in Office and Assault & Battery - Third Degree on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. The Springdale Police Department requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Jordan was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
