SLED Charges Former Custody Officer with Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Abdul Kabba Campbell, 33, with Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult on Monday, November 3, 2025. Wellpath Recovery Solutions requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Campbell was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
