SLED Charges Florence County Man with Operating a Place of Amusement without a License and Obstructing Justice

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Jeremy Elisha Evans, 26, with Operating a Place of Amusement Without a License and Obstructing Justice on Saturday, October 4, 2025. The Lake City Police Department requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Evans was booked into the Florence County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 12th Circuit Solicitor Office.
