SLED charges a Dorchester County woman with lottery fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Gracie Jeanette Moseley, 20, with Intent to Defraud the South Carolina Education Lottery on February 26, 2025. SLED investigated the case at the request of the South Carolina Education Lottery Commission.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Moseley was booked into the Charleston County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 9th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
