SLED Charges Charleston County Woman with Insurance Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Kaitlyn Simone White, 24, with Presenting a False Claim for Insurance Payment - value more than $2,000 but less than $10,000 on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. The South Carolina Department of Insurance requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
White was booked into the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center in Charleston County.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
