SLED Charges Calhoun County Woman with Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Courtney Alissa Gibson, 33, with two counts of Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent - Value More Than $2,000 but Less Than $10,000 on Friday, February 13, 2026. The South Carolina Department of Education requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Gibson was booked in Calhoun County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 1st Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
