SLED charges Berkeley County man with two counts of criminal sexual conduct

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Vincent Lamont Gailliard, 50, with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct – First Degree on Friday, February 21, 2025.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Gailliard was booked into the Berkeley County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 9th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
