SLED charges Aiken County man with criminal sexual conduct

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Terry Alen Haggerty, 34, with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – Second Degree, and Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – Third Degree on January 13, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by the Aiken Department of Public Safety.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Haggerty was booked into the Aiken County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 2nd Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
