SLED searching for missing Tennessee inmate last seen in South Carolina

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) is looking for Billy Reed Fletcher, 43, who escaped from the Carter County Detention Center in Tennessee on June 20, 2024. Fletcher is now believed to be in South Carolina. He was last seen on Monday, June 24, 2024, leaving a Walmart on White Horse Road in Greenville County. Fletcher is 6’2”, approximately 230 lbs., and has blue eyes and brown hair.
