The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Kelly P. Wilkins, 60, with Forgery on Friday, December 19, 2025. The York City Police Department requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Wilkins was booked into the York County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 16th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
