SLED Charges Two People in Oconee County with Two Counts Each of Unlawful Conduct Toward a Child

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Joshua Emanuel Lamar Latimer, 30, and Destiny Shay Dionne, 24, with two counts each of Unlawful Conduct Toward a Child on Friday, September 19, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Latimer and Dionne were booked into the Oconee County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 10th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
