SLED charges Sumter County man with breach of trust with fraudulent intent

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Elijah Montaque Robinson, Jr., 23, with Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent, value more than $2,000 but less than $10,000 on Friday, September 6, 2024.
Details can be found in the attached warrant. Robinson, Jr. was booked into the Sumter-Lee Regional Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 3rd Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
