SLED Charges Spartanburg County Man with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Tyquentin Fitzgerald Drummond, 42, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Thursday, August 20, 2026. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Drummond was booked into the Greenville County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
