SLED Charges Spartanburg County Man with Criminal Sexual Conduct, Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, and Incest

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Howard Thomas Henderson, 59, with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a minor – Victim 11-14 Years of Age, Criminal Sexual Conduct – Second Degree, and Incest on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Henderson was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
