SLED charges Saluda County man with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Martavius Avery Andrews Griffin, 27, with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – victim under 11 years of age – First degree on July 11, 2024.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Griffin was booked into the Saluda County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 11th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
