SLED Charges Richland County Woman with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Iveta Zavon Charmaine Gilliard, 25, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Monday, September 28, 2026. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
Gilliard was booked into the Dorchester County Detention Center.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
The case will be prosecuted by the 1st Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
