SLED Charges Richland County Woman with Insurance Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Tayler Nicole Hall, 27, with Presenting a False Claim for Insurance Payment – Value More Than $2,000 but Less Than $10,000, Presenting a False Claim for Insurance Payment – Value $2,000 or Less, and two counts of Forgery – Value Less Than $10,000 on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Hall was booked into Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
SLED later charged Hall with Presenting a False Claim for Insurance Payment – Value More Than $2,000 but Less Than $10,000 on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. She was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center.
The South Carolina Department of Insurance requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
