SLED Charges Richland County Man with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Allen Jay Rowe, 37, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Saturday, September 19, 2026. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
Rowe was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
