SLED charges Orangeburg County man with lottery fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged James Antonio Cheeseboro, 40, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Thursday, July 18, 2024.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Cheeseboro was booked into the Orangeburg County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 1st Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
