SLED Charges Orangeburg County Man with Additional Lottery Fraud Charge

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged James Anthony Darr, 25, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Sunday, June 29, 2025. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Darr was booked into the Orangeburg County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 1st Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
