The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Nancy Ruth Birkner, 58, with Fraudulent Registration or Voting on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.

Birkner was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 10th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
