SLED Charges Lexington County Man with Threatening the Life of a Public Official

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Levar Markeith Henderson, 38, with Threatening the Life of a Public Official on Monday, December 15, 2025.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Henderson was booked into Newberry County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 8th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
