SLED charges Lexington County man with criminal sexual conduct with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Luther Jackson Truluck, 30, with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – Second Degree, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Truluck was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
