The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Geniki Burton Thomas, 49, with Unlawful Sale, Manufacture etc. of Alcoholic Liquors - 1st Offense, Failure to Secure Required Beer or Wine Sale Permit, and Unlawful Storage or Possession of Alcoholic Liquors in a Place of Business - 1st Offense on Thursday, April 23, 2026.

Thomas was booked into theSumter-Lee Regional Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 3rd Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
