SLED Charges Horry County Woman with Unlawful Conduct Toward a Child

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Carlie Marie Swann, 33, with Unlawful Conduct Toward a Child on Thursday, October 16, 2025. The Horry County Police Department assisted SLED in the investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Swann was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center in Horry County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 15th Circuit Solicitor's Office.
