SLED Charges Greenville County Woman with Insurance Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Jaiquasia Patterson, 26, with Forgery - Value Less Than $10,000 and Presenting a False Claim for Insurance Payment - Value $10,000 or More on Monday, August 11, 2025. The South Carolina Department of Insurance requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Patterson was booked into the Greenville County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
