SLED Charges Greenville County Man with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Zachary David Blackwell, 34, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Monday, February 16, 2026. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Blackwell was booked into the Greenville County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
