SLED charges former Williamsburg County water and sewer office manager with embezzlement

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Sherrie Wallace Footman, 57, with Embezzlement of Public Funds, value $10,000 or more on Monday, May 20, 2024.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Footman was booked into the Williamsburg County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 3rd Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
