The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Khadijah Caldwell Gaskins, 30, with Misconduct in Office, Ill Treatment of Animals, and Criminal Conspiracy on Monday, October 5, 2026.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Gaskins was booked into the Newberry County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
