SLED Charges Former Greenville County Probate Court Employee with Breach of Trust and Embezzlement of Public Funds

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Tyler J Edge Partington, 26, with Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent - Value $2,000 or less, and Embezzlement of Public Funds – Value less than $10,000 on Friday, November 7, 2025.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Partington was booked into the Greenville County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
