SLED charges Florida man with Intimidation of a Court Official, Threatening the Life, Person, or Family of a Public Employee, Stalking, and Harassment 2nd degree

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Joseph Robert Moffett, Jr., 35, with Intimidation of a court official, Threatening the life, person or family of a public employee, Stalking, and Harassment 2nd degree on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Following his extradition from Florida, Moffett was booked into the Dorchester County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 1st Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
